Mrs. Freeda Fernandes

Mrs. Freeda Fernandes is an action-oriented professional educator with diverse experience. Currently, she is serving in the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA), Govt. of India and she is the officer-in-charge of Bombay-Konkan Region.

She holds a Degree in Engineering, Master’s Degree in Public Administration and Post Graduate Diploma in Criminology. She is a Gold Medalist and a University Topper in her Engineering Degree with a 9.9 CGPA. She has the rare distinction of clearly 6 highly competitive exams, she translates her taste of the competitive exams to the students in a vivid manner. Earlier, she served in the Law Department, Govt. of Karnataka. She has years of experience teaching UPSC aspirants in many leading institutes in Bangalore, Mangalore, Hyderabad, and Guwahati. She has gone to the level of UPSC IAS Interviews.

She teaches Internal Security, Disaster Management, Science and Technology, CSAT. For most students from non-science background who struggle to grasp even the fundamentals, her classes offer clear insights and understanding of the core concepts. She is committed to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and competitive exam oriented.
