Mr. Chris Leonard Bernard
Mr. Chris Leonard Bernard is a Professional Educator, coordinating Civil Services Coaching Programme and Mentoring Civil Services Aspirants all over India. He seeks to simplify the UPSC Exam preparation for his students and become a proud enabler in their journey of emerging victorious in the Civil Services Exam. He holds Masters in Computer Science, Geo Informatics, History and MBA in Human Resource Management, (Ph.D). He has more than a decade of experience as a Technocrat, Coach, Mentor, Administrator and Director of Civil Services Coaching Programme. He trains and mentors over 6000 civil services aspirants annually all over India.
He himself has prepared for civil services and cracked UPSC and many other competitive exams. He has gone to the level of UPSC Interviews. His willingness to help students with meaningful feedback and giving a proper structure to their strategy, enable students to get better and eventually succeed under his esteemed guidance. Apart from guiding aspirants with respect to overall strategy, he has established himself as an expert when it comes to helping students increase their marks in General Studies Papers, Essay and Personality Test. He is also the member of Prestigious Indian Geographical Society (IGS). His passion for teaching made him quit the corporate sector and started mentoring civil services aspirants and many of his students have joined various levels in the Government Administrative Services.
Mr. Chris Leonard Bernard has ingrained in the minds of his students, a sense of discipline and the importance of walking that extra mile to be different from the rest and emerge as a winner. Always high on motivation, he pushes every student out of his or her comfort zone and enables them to excel and come out of this journey with flying colours. Along with his penchant to learn and passion to teach, his strong understanding of the Indian Civil Services owing to his more than a decade of tryst with UPSC Civil Services Exam in general, Indian History and Geography subjects in particular, make him truly stand out.
His in-depth knowledge in the civil services exam syllabus and General Studies subjects and understanding the students’ requirement, makes him the apt person for meticulously designing the course plan. His passion for teaching and mentoring, optimistic outlook and earnestness, trains the students to ace the different stages of the exam and realize their dream of joining high ranking Civil Services. His effortless communication skills, evaluation and personalised feedback to students, practical advice to maintain physical and emotional well-being and persistent attempts to push students beyond their limits make him an exemplary teacher and a coach.
