- Ph. D:Socio Legal Research on “constitution and Human rights Protection of Migrant workers of Unorganised sector in state of Tamil Nadu”
- “APPLICABILITY OF RAREST AMONG THE RARE DOCTRINE ON PASSIVE EUTHANSIA: THE PALLIATIVE CARE SUPPORT FOR EUTHANASIA PATIENTS UNDER THE PURVIEW OF ART.21 OF THE CONSTITUTION”. Currently paper is in completion stage for publication in journals.
- LL.M. Dissertation work was on “AN ANALYTICAL STUDY ON HUMAN RIGHTS OF EUTHANASIA PATIENTS WITH SPECIAL REFERENCE TO PALLIATIVE CARE SUPPORT”.
The work discusses against the horrendous consequences of passive Euthanasia and suggests on measures for ensuring appropriate care and support to be provided for Euthanasia patients. - Relevant legal areas analysed are; 1) Art.21 of the constitution ‐ right to life, 2) Passive Euthanasia is now legal in India and relevant Supreme Court decisions 3) 6) Sec.13 of Indian contracts Act – legal consent for treatment, 4) The Law Commission’s 196th report on Euthanasia, 5) The Tamil Nadu Medical Code of Ethics on Euthanasia, and 6) The Transplantation of Human Organs Act, 1994, etc.
