1.Crescent Achievers Connect 2019 (1stEdition) – October 16, 2019
The event had 7 prominent Alumni speakers, who have achieved exceptional heights in their careers sharing their life experiences with the present students in their Alma Mater, which will shape our students into better professionals once they commence a job.
Around 650 first year B.Tech students attended the event and got motivated by this mentoring session
2.Alumni Testimonial Videos 2019
During the convocation on 5th & 6th October 2019, a testimonial video of alumni was taken of the 2019 batch. Graduands shared their testimonials about the years they studied in Crescent.
3.Distinguished Alumni Award
The Distinguished Alumnus Award intends to acknowledge the achievements of our esteemed Alumni and is to be given every year to our Alumni to acknowledge & honor their achievements.
The inaugural distinguished alumni award 2019 was conferred upon Mr. Mir Mohammad Ali, I.A.S an alumnus of the class of 2008 (ECE Batch) by our Honourable Vice Chancellor Tan Sri Dato’ Sri Prof. Ir. Dr. Sahol Hamid Bin Abu Bakar.
Mr. Mir Mohammad Ali, I.A.S, is the Director, Kerala State Suchitwa Mission, Govt. of Kerala. (Ex- District Collector, Kannur District, Govt. of Kerala) & fondly recollected his college days in Crescent during his acceptance speech.
4.Alumni Student Mentoring Session
The Office of Alumni Relations conducted an interactive Alumni mentoring session by Mr. Mir Mohammad Ali, I.A.S an alumnus of the class of 2008 (ECE Batch) with the continuing students of ECE Dept& students from the Centre for Competitive Exams on tips to clear UPSC / Competitive exams.
5.Alumni Studio Video recording session
Mr. Mir Mohammad Ali, I.A.S an alumnus of the class of 2008 (ECE Batch) visited our studio in the campus & recorded a video lecture for the Office of Alumni Relations & Centre for Competitive exams.
